  • Community alerts and broadcasts you receive

Community messaging is governed by the respective platform's own privacy policy. We only receive data necessary to deliver the service.

When you access the BeaconFX Academy, mentorship programmes, or educational resources, we record information necessary to deliver your purchased content, including enrolment records, learning progress, session bookings, and content access history. Trading performance data you voluntarily submit to your dashboard is stored under your account.

This data is used solely to deliver your purchased content and improve the learning experience. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Automated Processing & Notifications

Our platform uses automated systems to deliver market intelligence features and real-time notifications. These systems continuously process financial market data and publicly available information — including news, economic events, and currency indicators — to keep platform content current. This processing does not involve your personal data.

We also use notification services to deliver in-platform alerts and, where you have opted in, community messaging alerts via third-party platforms. Your account identifier is used solely to route these communications to you. You may opt out of community alerts at any time by contacting us or adjusting your preferences within the relevant messaging platform.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information via your account settings
  • Deletion: Request full account and data deletion — we will action this within 30 days

  • Active accounts: Data retained for the lifetime of your account
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data purged within 30 days of deletion request
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years for financial and legal compliance
  • Market intelligence data: News and calendar content refreshed regularly; historical records retained for 90 days
  • System activity logs: Retained for 30 days for security monitoring and incident response
  • Messaging logs: Community alert interaction records retained for 30 days

12. Children's Privacy

BeaconFX is a financial education platform intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please contact us immediately at privacy@beaconfx.trade and we will delete the account promptly.

13. Third-Party Links & Broker Websites

Our platform contains links to third-party websites including broker sites (Exness, XM, IC Markets, and others), Telegram channels, and YouTube. These sites operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site before submitting personal information.

Broker affiliate links may include tracking parameters that identify BeaconFX as the referral source. This is used solely for commission attribution and does not expose your personal data to the broker beyond what you voluntarily provide when registering with them.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our platform features, integrations, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email (to your registered address) and via an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of BeaconFX after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
